By accessing or using Pursly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Pursly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Pursly is a personal expense tracking tool. You may use it for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Pursly.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at support@pursly.app.

All content, design, code, and branding within Pursly are the property of Pursly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without explicit written permission.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Pursly (expense records, categories, etc.).

By using the service, you grant Pursly a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve AI categorization and product features.

Pursly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for any loss of data, financial decisions made based on the service, or interruption of service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Pursly shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Pursly operates.
